As a Salesforce AI Consultant you willbe responsible for designing and implementing AIdriven solutionswithin the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely withclients to understand their business needs and identifyopportunities for leveraging AI to enhance their Salesforceimplementations. You will work with crossfunctional teams includingdevelopers data scientists and business analysts to delivercustomized AI solutions that address our clients unique challengesandgoals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand theirbusiness objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging AIwithin their Salesforce implementations.
  • Design and implement AIdriven solutions using SalesforceEinstein and other AI technologies.
  • Develop custom AI models and algorithms to solve specificbusiness problems.
  • Configure andintegrate AIpowered features such as predictive lead scoringrecommendation engines and sentiment analysis into Salesforceapplications.
  • Work closely withdevelopers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions withexisting Salesforce workflows and processes.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to clients on how tomaximize the value of AI within their Salesforceimplementations.
  • Stay updated onthe latest AI technologies and trends and incorporate them into oursolutions.
  • Collaborate withinternal teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement inour AI offerings.
  • Provide trainingand support to clients on how to use and maintain AIpoweredfeatures within Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering DataScience or related field.
  • Provenexperience as a Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Administratorwith a focus on AI.
  • Strongunderstanding of Salesforce platform and its AI capabilitiesparticularly Salesforce Einstein.
  • Experience designing and implementing AIdriven solutionswithin Salesforce.
  • Proficiency inAI technologies such as machine learning natural languageprocessing and predictive analytics.
  • Experience working with AI frameworks and libraries suchas TensorFlow PyTorch or scikitlearn.
  • Excellent communication and clientfacingskills.
  • Ability to work effectivelyin a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strong problemsolving and analyticalskills.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce CertifiedAdministrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified Platform AppBuilder.
  • Experience with other AIplatforms and technologies outside ofSalesforce.
  • Knowledge of cloudplatforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professionalservices environment.
