SASLESFORCE CONSULTANT



Sikich is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing Salesforce team.



Do you enjoy problem solving and have an eagerness to learn and excel in a high-paced environment? The consultants responsibilities include helping joining our Salesforce Support and Managed Services team. This team responds to Salesforce Support Cases and inquires that come in from our customers. The individual must also be an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals. Additional responsibilities will be helping with configuration and build out of internal Salesforce solutions and industry specific accelerators.

About Salesforce Team: You’ll be working in the Sikich Salesforce Team. We set the standard for excellence in Salesforce implementations, allow clients to thrive on the Salesforce platform through seamless integration of technology into their business process. Our target industries include but not limited to Insurance, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Finance.


Responsibilities:

  • Help review and work on Salesforce Support cases and inquires that come from our customers
  • Build out configuration in Salesforce based off User Stories
  • Operate as the product expert and trusted advisor to Sikich clients, guide them with industry and product best practices
  • Design, build, and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce Platform; partner with internal development team when needed
  • Product testing to ensure quality delivery to the client
  • Quickly adapt to changing technologies and platforms
  • Track time to ensure proper invoicing.


Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience with Salesforce Automation such as Process Builder, Flows, etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills, diligent, resourceful, attention to detail, and care about delivering a great product.
  • At least 1 Salesforce certification
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in large-scale environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to quickly learn technologies and software product functionality
  • Ability to work as a team player


Good to Haves:

  • 2-5 years' experience of Salesforce consulting, completing Salesforce implementations and/or experience managing complex projects on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Additional Salesforce Certifications such as Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Platform Developer I or II.
  • Knowledge of managed packages for Salesforce regarding:

CTIs/Phone System Integrations

E-Signature Solutions (Ex: Docusign, Assuresign, AdobeSign)

Document Generation and Document Management Solutions (Ex: Conga, S-Docs)

Marketing Integrations (Ex: Marketo, Pardot)

  • Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lighting Web Components, APIs)
  • Experience working at other Salesforce ISVs
