including PCB Assembly, Wiring Harness, Microcontroller-Based Products, Coil Winding,
Box-Built Products (with mechanical and metal enclosures), and Complete Product
Development for OEMs and ODMs. We serve industries like automotive, industrial,
consumer electronics, and medical.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive with a strong
background in EMS/electronics manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
generating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and
supporting brand growth—both in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and
abroad.
• Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and
professional networks.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry
events.
• Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses,
proposals, and client presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Drive digital presence via LinkedIn and other B2B platforms with marketing content
and campaigns.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related
field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics
manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build
services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
Preferred Attributes
• Existing network of contacts in OEM/ODM industries (Automotive, Industrial,
Consumer Electronics, etc.)
• Experience working with international clients.
• Passionate about electronics and product development.
