Job Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Willow Interiors, a tech-aided manufacturing company dedicated exclusively to premium luxury interiors for retail residential and commercial spaces. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of our company
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors about our products, services, and company information
- Schedule and manage appointments, site visits, and factory visits, utilizing our online booking system
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documents, records, and reports
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to support inbound marketing efforts, including cold calling and lead generation activities
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
