- Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of SFCC.
- Have hands-on experience into B2B Lighting
- Experience of leading agile teams in implementing large scale digital solutions
- Strong hold on the technology landscape such as Digital Experience Platforms, content management systems, Marketing, Automation or E-commerce, and applications of emerging technologies
- Good solid application development experience preferably in Digital environment.
- Should have made successful implementation in B2B and B2C application landscape
- Experience of leading the solution design and implementation of content management systems, e-commerce solutions and bespoke web applications.
- Strong Understanding of web application architectures complemented with latest enterprise mobile architectures and development approaches
- Strong have understanding of Cloud Architecture & DevOps.
- Good understanding on enterprise integration, API development, content management and scalability
- Work on social site integration / third party (backend) integration points.
- Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for ecommerce solutions and articulate business need in terms of Configuration.
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle and prepare releases of software components. -Lead discussions with internal business partners to identify needs and translate business requirements into detail functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Consultative client-focused sales solution design
- Build effective, accurate solution proposals, ballparks, estimates and project resource plans and respective slideware and materials
- Collaborate with additional SMEs as needed to provide holistic recommendations including technical documentation
- Provide consultative expertise on how the SF B2B platform can be best leveraged to drive revenue, enable digital transformation, support business processes and additional client business results
- Successfully demo our offerings and accelerators to prospects, clients, sales teams and Salesforce to drive awareness of our solutions and enable sales
- Provide deep B2B Commerce, eCommerce domain, enterprise architecture, and related ecosystem (i.E. app exchange apps, related 3rd party tools) thought leadership
- Closely align with Salesforce Product team(s) to both receive and provide guidance and platform thought leadership within the ecosystem
- Provide Solution Architecture and delivery leadership on projects to ensure that solution vision from the sales cycle continues through successful deliveryOther details
- Translate the client's business objectives into technical requirements covering all aspects of the functionalities
- Understand the user stories and break them into modules of technical scenarios
- Estimate the efforts needed to accomplish customer objectives
- Identify & highlight different risks involved and work on mitigation plans
- Lead and guide the technical consultants during various phases of the project including (but not limited to) design, coding, unit testing to deployment
- Review the code to ensure requirement coverage and adherence to best practices
- Act as a bridge between development team and the customer
- Liaison closely with application development & support groups to ensure plan is in place for post go-live support
- Lead & mentor new team members to bring them up to speed
- Train end users on the salesforce.Com application
