Job Summary:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive

(BDE) to drive B2B sales within the burgeoning field of educational technology

(EdTech). As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in identifying

and capitalizing on new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships,

a strong background in B2B sales, a thorough understanding of the EdTech

landscape, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:

- Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the EdTech

industry.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets and

revenue objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, assess

competitors, and pinpoint areas for growth.
- Foster and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to

drive business growth.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique needs and

propose tailored EdTech solutions.
- Effectively showcase and advocate for our EdTech products and services to

potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure seamless onboarding

and client satisfaction.
- Devise and implement strategies to retain and expand existing client

accounts.

Proposal and Contract Negotiation:

- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, emphasizing the value and

benefits of our EdTech offerings.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial

agreements.
- Liaise with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and ensure

compliance.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and

shifts in the EdTech landscape.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based

on market analysis.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales,

and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Communicate client feedback and market insights internally to drive

continuous improvement.
- Offer training and support to sales and marketing teams as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or

a related field; Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the

EdTech sector.
- Deep understanding of EdTech trends, strategies, and tools.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or

a related field. A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not

mandatory.

Work Locations:
100% Remote

Timings: Evening Shift: 6:00 PM IST - 2:30 AM IST

Work on any two Saturdays in a month

Travel Required:
No

**Salary**: ₹8,824.05 - ₹47,563.24 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
