Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end in house recruitment processes, identifying top talent, and supporting the company's growth by ensuring the best hires. This role involves close collaboration with department heads to understand hiring needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding.


• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.


• Source candidates primarily using LinkedIn and Naukri platforms.


• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.


• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.


• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.


• Coordinate in pre-boarding and onboarding and induction processes.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.


• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
