Role Description

This is a 
full-time remote role
 for a 
Talent Acquisition Manager
. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the 
full recruitment life cycle
, including talent sourcing, hiring, employer branding, and interviewing. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, and screening applications. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also conduct interviews and make recommendations for candidate selection while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
  • Strengthen 
    employer branding
     and enhance candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and innovative sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience
     in full-life cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.
  • Experience in 
    hiring and employer branding initiatives
    .
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a 
    remote environment
    .
  • Prior experience in the 
    analytics or technology industry
     is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
