About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and securing prime retail and commercial properties for our diverse clientele, including major brands, banks, and businesses. You'll leverage your market knowledge and strong communication skills to build relationships with landlords and potential tenants, facilitating successful leasing agreements.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively survey commercial areas, markets, and buildings to identify potential listings across Delhi NCR, Punjab, and Haryana (depending on your assigned location).
  • Develop a deep understanding of your specific region's property market to source properties that perfectly match our clients' needs.
  • Build rapport with landlords and potential tenants, effectively communicating leasing opportunities.
  • Coordinate and conduct professional property site visits for interested clients.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Leasing Agent.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws and leasing regulations in India.
  • A successful track record in sales and leasing, exceeding expectations in previous roles.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the property market trends in your assigned region (Delhi NCR, Punjab, or Haryana).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Adept negotiation skills to secure the best deals for our clients.
  • A persuasive approach and effective marketing techniques to showcase properties.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
