  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for commercial properties.
  • Manage the leasing process from prospecting and lead generation to lease negotiation, execution, and tenant move-in.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, tenants, and other stakeholders to generate leasing leads and referrals.
  • Collaborate with property management, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment in leasing strategies and objectives.
  • Prepare and present leasing proposals, lease agreements, and financial analyses to prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and concessions to achieve optimal leasing outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements, property regulations, and legal
  • requirements.
  • Track leasing performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, leasing velocity, and tenant retention, to evaluate leasing effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market conditions, zoning laws, and industry best practices.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real estate or Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a focus on office, retail, or industrial properties.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close leasing deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate market trends, financial analysis, and lease structuring.
  • Familiarity with leasing software and tools, such as CoStar, LoopNet, or Yardi.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet leasing targets and deadlines.
