Key responsibilities:
Lease Management:
• Review, analyze, and maintain all lease agreements and related documents.
• Ensure timely renewals and modifications of leases.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with lease agreements.
• Serve as knowledge and mentoring resource for staff and assist Supervisor with training and staff development.
• Collaborate with internal departments and act as lead in areas of responsibility.
Data Entry and Maintenance:
• Maintain an organized database of lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
• Update and manage lease data in lease management software and spreadsheets.
• Reporting:
• Generate and distribute lease-related reports and analyses to Land landlord & management.
Communication:
• Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external landlords or tenants regarding lease inquiries.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting of lease obligations.
• Maintain organized records and files for all lease-related activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in lease administration or property management.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements and financial principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and lease management software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with real estate or property management software.
• Knowledge of legal terminology related to leases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
