Regional Sales Manager

Leasing
to drive growth and expand our leasing business . Ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities , build relationship with key clients and develop strategies to achieve revenue and market share goal .
Identify potential markets , industries and client segment for leasing businessProspect and qualify leads through networking , referrals and cold outreachIdentify cross-selling and up selling opportunities within client portfolioDevelop and implement plans to achieve sales and revenue targetClient acquisition and relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationship with clients , vendors and partnersNegotiate terms and close deals to achieve business objectivesMust have operational excellence to coordinate with Legal , finance and operations team to finalize the leasing agreementsEnsure compliance with leasing regulations and company policiesPrepare regular reports on business development activities , pipelines and performance metrics
Job Location :
Mumbai , Gurgaon / NCR , Bangalore and Kolkata
Preferred candidate profile
Education : Bachelors degree in Business administration , finance of related fieldExperience : 6 + years on Business development , sales in leasing business -equipment / vehicle
