Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. Provide personalized property recommendations based on client needs and investment goals.
Property Listings: Source and list residential, commercial, and investment properties for sale or lease in Gurugram. Create compelling property listings that highlight key features and benefits.
Market Research: Stay up to date on real estate market trends, property values, and upcoming developments in Gurugram. Provide clients with insights on current market conditions to help them make informed decisions.
Negotiation: Represent clients in negotiations for property sales and leases. Ensure that both parties reach mutually beneficial agreements while protecting the client's best interests.
Site Visits & Inspections: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants. Assess properties for their investment potential and identify any issues or concerns.
Legal & Documentation Support: Assist clients in understanding legal requirements, contracts, and documentation related to real estate transactions. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and company sales targets. Utilize marketing, networking, and promotional activities to generate leads and close deals.
Investment Advisory: Collaborate with the investment team at Valkyrie Investment Advisors to identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities for clients.
Client Education: Provide guidance to clients on property investments, market trends, and financial considerations related to buying, selling, or leasing real estate.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, with knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
A solid understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics in Gurugram.
Proficiency in CRM software and other real estate tools for client management and property listings.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
RERA certification or relevant real estate licenses are a plus.
Personal Attributes:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
