This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager
Responsible for managing and building relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, and providing excellent customer service.

Present and consult with mid and senior level Management on business trends with a view to develop new services and products.
Present unique offerings to the client by new and innovative products and services.
Handling customer issues related to product and service quality offered.
Regularly visiting vendors/factory to ensure a due quality check.
