Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Job
Experience Level: Minimum 6 months to 1 Year experience must

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings, give presentations, and pitch IT services to clients.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, contacts, and meetings using CRM tools.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and events to promote CodeTez services.
- Follow up diligently with prospects and close deals.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
- Ability to understand and present IT services like Website Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.
Added Advantage:
- Experience in selling IT products, SaaS, or service-based solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software (like Zoho CRM, Hubspot, etc.).
- Ability to prepare proposals and client presentations.
Educational Qualification:
Any Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or equivalent preferred).
