Job description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for seeking out new opportunities. Serious contenders must have polished communication, and time management skills and a proven track record of successful solution sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with CPA firms in the US and other target regions to promote our KPO/Consulting services
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the areas of US Audit, Tax, and Advisory Services
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target CPA firms
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings to meet client needs
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present to senior management
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand the network and stay ahead of market developments
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years' of sales or account management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
