We seek a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales specialist to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate leads.
Identify and target potential clients in the SME sector.
Identify and qualify potential customers through research and effective questioning techniques.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking all interactions and progress
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Present product information and benefits to prospects, addressing objections and highlighting unique selling points.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, establishing trust and credibility in sales.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management, informing them of progress and potential opportunities.

Qualifications :
MBA or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
