A - Approach & Greet
P - Probe (What they need) - understand what the customer needs
P - Present the solution for what they are looking
L - Listen – Body language, tone
E - End with thanks and invitation to visit again
●Warm welcome to the customers
●Self – introduction and get the details of the customers
●Service offered – showing all varieties to the customers till their need is satisfied
●Packing method – teaching them how to keep the jewellery after use and how to keep it safe
●Making the customers to refer about our services to relative & friends
●Getting feedback of their services
●Get the customer data’s form filled up
●Couple – Matching selection
●Identify the Elite customer / VIP Customer – Collect their data and inform to Manager for Outdoor sales promotion
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in Local language additional English
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
