About theRole

City Fleet Manager who willbe charged with monitoring supporting and resolving drivers issueswithin our Operations team and be a representative and ambassadorfor the team across the company as well as to externalstakeholders.

What youll bedoing

Managing the strategy forand execution of driver lifecycle events from sourcing tooffboarding.

Building and managing a team tobuild processes for and manage driver lifecycle andperformance.

Handling escalations and managingconflict resolutions with our customers.

Planningprocessing and executing approved vehicle purchases through ourpartner OEMs.

Ensuring fleet operations are incompliance with local and state rules andregulations.

Finding ways to cut costs andmaximize profits.

Supporting operational driversafety and compliance.

Contributing to thebudgeting process from a Fleet Operationsperspective.

Liaising with peers within theregion & company to share knowledge and optimizeoperations.

Monitoring driver behaviors andensuring a high level of customerservice.

Analyzing data to increase businessoperational efficiency.

Lead deployment andquality of supply chain (i.e. MooveDriverpartners).

Collaborate with marketing teamsto initiate creative local strategies and user growthcampaigns.

Recommend improvements to the productmodels to ensure that products are affordable and attractive to ourdriver partners.

Focus the team on ensuring DPshit their KPIs.

Set teamKPIs.

What youwill need for thisposition


Preferreddegree in Logistics or Mechanical Engineering or Management or onthe jobexperience.

Ideally6 years of similar experience in logistics or supply functions instartups

Candidatesmust have excellent communicationskills

Candidatesmust have strong negotiationskills

Outstandingorganizationalskills.

Analyticalmindset and good problemsolvingskills.

Candidateswill be subject to analytical test prior tointerviews

Candidatesmust be techsavvy anddatacentric.
