Qualifications:
Graduate degree (any discipline) from a top-tier school or BBA/ BMS with MBA/ PGDM preferred Advanced MS Excel / PowerPoint skills Work Experience (highlight) : 3-4 years work experience preferred in client acquisition & Business development roles in hospitality industry/ Banks / Financial services Either prior experience of acquiring high-net worth clients OR other industry relevant origination & business development experienceCore Purpose of the Role:
This role requires the applicant to work closely with the Corporate Client Acquisition team and be responsible to generate leads.
To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process To penetrate into all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company’s products and services To set up and deliver pitch presentations To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organization(s) to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure Ensure adherence to set acquisition process, maintain the prospect funnel and the necessary MIS report(s) Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business planTalent Attribute:
