Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Hyderabad Job Summary

We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager
with proven experience in the
Structured Cabling OEM industry
. The ideal candidate should have in-depth market knowledge, strong relationships with
System Integrators, Consultants, IT Managers, and Data Center Specialists
, and a successful track record of driving regional sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, distributors, and end customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities in
    enterprise, data center, and smart building projects
    .
  • Drive brand visibility and competitive positioning against industry players
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support product demos, presentations, and customer engagements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education
    : BE (Electronics/Telecom/Electrical/IT). MBA preferred.
  • Experience
    : Minimum
    5 years in Structured Cabling OEM industry
    .
  • Strong understanding of LAN, Data Center, and Passive Cabling solutions.
  • Established network with consultants, system integrators, LSI's & MSI's
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to drive sales independently.
