
Customer Relationship Executive- Site Implementation

The Customer Relationship Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, concerns are addressed promptly, and relationships are nurtured for long-term satisfaction and retention. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, understanding client requirements, and ensuring consistent service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing timely support and follow-ups.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of Vibe Connect services.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure services are delivered as per agreed standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, sales, etc.) to resolve client concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and service requests in CRM tools.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on client needs.
- Collect feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of services.
- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, service issues, and follow-up actions.
- Support in organizing client engagement activities such as meetings, training sessions, or events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
