Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in Malad. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes providing support through various communication channels, maintaining customer records, and working collaboratively with other departments to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and interact with customers
  • Experience in Customer Support to address inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Knowledge in Customer Service and Customer Service Management
  • Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus
