We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Broker Relationships for a leading multinational general insurance company. The role involves managing 100+ brokers relationships for sales of general insurance products. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining existing client relationships, driving new business from brokers, and possess technical knowledge in underwriting and quotation. This position focuses on broker relationships and driving sales growth.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years in general insurance, specializing in broker relationships, with a preference for handling 4-8 people team.
  • Ability to drive business
  • Preferred age: Up to 40 years.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop market intelligence to maintain and enhance the company's position and relationships with Brokers.
  • Ability to solve customer queries.
  • Coordinate with the Underwriting teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Monitor and liaise for claims settlement as the key account manager.
  • Provide technical knowledge training to Broker sales Teams.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities as advised by the company or senior management.
