We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Logistics Manager to join our fast-growing D2C beauty brand based in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing logistics operations, both for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels and marketplace platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, and Myntra, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes.

Expected CTC: 5-10LPA.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities:

- Logistics Management: Lead and manage the entire logistics process, ensuring timely delivery across D2C and marketplace channels (Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra).- Order & Inventory Management: Utilize Unicommerce to efficiently manage orders, track inventory levels, and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes across all channels.- Marketplace Logistics Coordination: Work closely with marketplace partners (Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra) to manage the shipping, returns, and exchange processes, adhering to their SLAs and guidelines.- Inventory Optimization: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability, managing stock transfers, and minimizing stock-outs or excess inventory.- Vendor & Courier Management: Liaise with third-party logistics providers, courier partners, and packaging suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization to reduce logistics costs and improve delivery times while maintaining high service levels.- Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze logistics and inventory data through Unicommerce and other tools, providing reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams from marketing, product development, and customer service to resolve logistical challenges and improve the overall customer experience.- Compliance & Returns Management: Ensure compliance with all local regulations, and efficiently handle returns, damaged goods, and claims processes.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in logistics, preferably within a D2C or beauty brand, with experience managing marketplace logistics for platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, and Myntra.- Unicommerce Expertise: Proven experience with Unicommerce for order and inventory management, along with familiarity with other logistics management software and Excel.- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the beauty and skincare industry, including packaging, warehousing, and delivery processes.- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze logistics data and identify operational bottlenecks, with a focus on continuous improvement.- Location: Based in Gurgaon, with knowledge of the local logistics landscape and vendor ecosystem.
