Key Responsibilities:Logistics Management : Lead and manage the entire logistics process, ensuring timely delivery across D2C and marketplace channels (Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra).Order & Inventory Management : Utilize

to efficiently manage orders, track inventory levels, and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes across all channels.Marketplace Logistics Coordination : Work closely with marketplace partners (Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra) to manage the shipping, returns, and exchange processes, adhering to their SLAs and guidelines.Inventory Optimization : Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability, managing stock transfers, and minimizing stock-outs or excess inventory.Vendor & Courier Management : Liaise with third-party logistics providers, courier partners, and packaging suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization to reduce logistics costs and improve delivery times while maintaining high service levels.Data Analysis & Reporting : Regularly analyze logistics and inventory data through
