Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Expected CTC : 5-10 L About Us: We are a rapidly growing D2 C beauty brand looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketplace Manager to oversee our brand’s presence on key online marketplaces like Nykaa, Amazon, and Myntra. You will play a vital role in driving sales, optimizing listings, managing inventory, and ensuring that our brand stands out in the competitive beauty space. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management: Manage the day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, etc. Ensure all products are listed, optimized, and regularly updated with accurate descriptions, pricing, and promotional content. Sales Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve brand visibility on each platform. Identify new opportunities for promotions, collaborations, and campaigns to drive revenue. Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor and maintain healthy stock levels on all platforms. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment and dispatch of stock. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze sales performance, product ranking, and customer feedback to continuously optimize the listings and strategy. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal review. Promotions & Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns. Leverage marketplace-specific marketing tools (ads, coupons, discounts) to maximize visibility and sales. Customer Service & Experience: Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve queries, complaints, and returns efficiently. Monitor reviews and ratings to ensure a positive brand image across all platforms. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers to ensure the brand’s best interests are prioritized. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors). Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO for product listings, and digital marketing strategies. Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools to track and report performance. Experience with inventory management and customer service coordination. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
