Job Overview:

As a D2C Marketing Manager you would drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through digital channels. Key responsibilities include creating marketing strategies, managing campaigns, optimizing e-commerce platforms, and enhancing customer loyalty. The role demands strong analytical skills, creative oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsibilities:

- Formulating comprehensive D2C marketing strategies.- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between branding, products, and campaigns.

Campaign Management

- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across key channels (e.g., social media, email, SMS, SEO, SEM, influencer marketing) to reach target audiences effectively. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in real-time for maximum impact and ROI.- Handling campaign management across diverse digital channels.- Driving e-commerce and website optimization to enhance the user journey and boost conversions.

Customer-Centric Approach:

- Building loyalty and retention strategies that emphasize customer lifetime value.- Utilizing CRM and data-driven methods to personalize marketing efforts.

Content & Creative Excellence:

- Overseeing the development of impactful visual and written content.- Ensuring brand identity consistency across all D2C touchpoints.

Data-Driven Mindset:

- Leveraging analytics to track performance and refine campaigns.- Staying competitive by continuously researching industry trends.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across D2C channels, providing detailed reports on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and overall ROI.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on D2C marketing trends and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree is a must; MBA (Preferred)- Minimum 5 years in D2C/e-commerce marketing.- Consumer electronics or lifestyle sector experience preferred.- Proficiency in analytics and campaign management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).- Strong command of performance metrics and KPIs.- Strong Analytical thinking, creativity, communication excellence, and a customer-first mindset.
