Revenue Operations Specialist Bird’s eye view of your role – As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue processes and ensuring seamless renewal management and quoting procedures. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, to drive efficiency and maximize revenue opportunities. Optimize use of sales tools, work with the field on best practices, system utilization, and adherence of Company and Sales Policies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, assist on the development of new processes and policies as required while developing proper outcome measurements. Provides direct support to the sales team and customer success team as needed, especially on renewal management. Prepare renewal quotes and contracts, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements in coordination with Sales and Customer Success. Assist with building and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sale processes, and requirements. Assists Customer Success with accurate pipeline management of renewals. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process and collaborate with Sales team to maximize revenue retention and expansion. Conduct thorough reviews of quotes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and customer requirements This is a role that demands daily discipline, strategic thinking, excellent communication and organizational skills, high energy & initiative, and the ability to understand and articulate complex processes.. Experience with managing complex order systems and processes. Demonstrated competence in Salesforce administration and Renewal processing. What’s in it for you?
