About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the General Manager Operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, skilled in data management & analysis, and capable of coordinating across departments to ensure smooth execution of operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and strategic support to the GM Operations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Draft and review emails, communications, and internal memos.
  • Manage the GMs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Follow up with internal teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and monitor MIS reports, Excel trackers, and operational data.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for project updates and reviews.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • MBA in Business Administration / Operations / Management.
  • 2–8 years of relevant experience as EA, MIS Analyst, or Operations Support.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Reporting).
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
