About the Role:
We are in pursuit of an exceptional Business Head to spearhead the growth and excellence of our premium wedding photography and filmmaking brand. This leadership role is central to shaping our vision, elevating operational excellence, and curating unparalleled client experiences. The ideal candidate will embody a profound understanding of the luxury market, possess an impeccable eye for detail, and demonstrate inspirational leadership that aligns with our commitment to crafting timeless memories.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.- Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and wedding planners.- Negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
2. Finance and Operations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.- Manage procurement, inventory, and operational costs to enhance profitability.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.- Address concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless client journey.
4. Team Leadership
- Lead and inspire a team of 23 professionals.- Foster collaboration, set clear goals, and implement training programs.
5. Business Strategy
- Create and execute strategies for sustainable growth and innovation.- Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in the luxury or wedding industry.- Expertise in financial management, communication, and negotiation.- Proficiency in CRM, financial, and project management tools.

You should possess an empathetic approach and a natural ability to deliver impeccable service.- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work.- An innate ability to anticipate client needs and curate personalized experiences that reflect the brand’s premium standards.
Salary Expectation: Per month 1-1.5L Fixed + Variable
