Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Training Manager, located in Mumbai. The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, creating training materials, assessing training effectiveness, and providing coaching to sales representatives. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and HR teams to identify training needs and ensure consistent improvement in sales techniques and strategies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Trainings, Training & Development, and Training
- Strong Communication and Coaching skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
