  • Design and implement sales training programs to ensure the integrated sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular call observations and barging at AVC to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and manage certification processes to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on product knowledge and skills of all trainees.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline.
  • An MBA from a premier institute (preferred).
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in sales training.
  • Prior experience in insurance is essential.
