Location : MumbaiPackage : As per industry standardsNo. Of vacancy: 2Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager- Sales Training to lead, develop, and execute training programs for the sales team with one of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and have a proven track record in driving sales performance through effective training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Training Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive training strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales force. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with sales leadership to assess training needs based on performance gaps, new product launches, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Training Program Development: Develop, customize, and deliver engaging training programs, including sales techniques, product knowledge, compliance regulations, and soft skills. Training Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct classroom training sessions, workshops, webinars, and virtual training for sales teams across various regions. Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, feedback, and post-training evaluations to ensure desired business outcomes are achieved.
Sales Support: Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and field support to sales representatives, ensuring knowledge transfer and application of training to improve sales performance. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with HR, Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure training alignment with organizational goals and product strategies. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports on training progress, outcomes, and feedback to senior leadership.
