You have 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Direct Sales across the Delhi/NCR region.

What you’ll do
Crushing numbers – Real Estate Sales for both Residential & Commercial assets in the region.
Create New Clients while maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers. Basically, a business Hunting & Farming role.
Mining client databases and making daily connections with pipeline & new leads.
Conducting online presentations for prospective clients
Planning and organizing client site visits for the shortlisted real estate projects.
Help the client in finalizing an investment opportunity and help them with the final negotiations, application & asset booking process.
Ensure all paperwork is completed within the stipulated time frame.
Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communication throughout the customer lifecycle (CLC)
