Key Responsibilities:
1. Opportunity Identification: Proactively scout and capture new business
opportunities, driving revenue and expanding our client base.
2. Client Relationship Building: Become the trusted advisor for our clients,
cultivating and sustaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Guide them from
initial contact to successful partnership.
3. Market Research: Dive into market trends, client needs, and the competitive
landscape. Leverage your insights to craft winning business development
strategies.
4. Strategic Planning: Design and execute strategic business development plans
that not only hit but exceed sales targets and business goals.
5. AI Product Expertise: Master our AI products and services to effectively
communicate their unique benefits and value propositions to potential
clients.
6. Sales Execution: Lead the sales process from start to finish. Deliver
compelling presentations and proposals that resonate with client needs and
drive deals to closure.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product
development, marketing, and client services, to ensure seamless delivery of
AI solutions and client satisfaction.
8. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse business development activities,
sales performance, and market feedback. Continuously refine strategies for
improved outcomes.
Qualifications:
 Education: Master’s degree from a premier institution in Business, Marketing,
Computer Science, or a related field.
 Experience: 4-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the AI,
technology, or software industry.
 Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
 Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with
clients and partners.
 Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to drive the
sales process from initial contact to closure.
 Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop
effective business development strategies.
 Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging
situations with a positive attitude.
 Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to
achieve common goals.
 Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and eager to learn about AI products and
solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience working in a startup environment.
 Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
 Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
