About Us

At THAP , we're on a mission to make mental health accessible and stigma-free for individuals and organizations. We specialize in providing tailored mental health services, including counseling and workshops, to schools, colleges, and corporate clients across India.

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to expand our reach and build lasting partnerships with educational institutions and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in schools, colleges, and corporate sectors to pitch THAP's mental health services.
  • Secure a minimum of a 6-month contract for counseling and workshop services with each client.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis for prospective clients and tailor proposals to meet their requirements.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions and businesses.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the mental health services space.
  • Provide feedback to the team to refine offerings and strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and progress in a CRM tool.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in the education, corporate, or wellness sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication and the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-Motivated: Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Passion for Mental Health: An understanding of or interest in mental health and wellness is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Commission Structure:

  • 6 months probation period during which compensation will be commission based: Earn one month's revenue from each client as commission.
  • post probation period, Salary of Rs. 25,000 + commission of 10% of contract value.
