Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founders in daily operations and strategic tasks. This role demands exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a high level of discretion. The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex schedules, handle travel arrangements, and coordinate various administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Scheduling Management: Efficiently manage the Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.- Travel Coordination: Organise and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.- Communication & Client Interaction: Act as a liaison for the Founder, handling communications with clients, partners, and internal teams.- Presentation & Documentation: Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations, reports, and documents as required by the Founder.- Bookkeeping & Record Keeping: Maintain records of expenses, assist in budget tracking, and manage basic bookkeeping tasks.- Event Planning: Coordinate and manage special events, meetings, and company functions.- Task Prioritization & Time Management: Prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.- Strong organisational skills and time management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with client interaction and travel management.- Proven leadership qualities and ability to take initiative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
