Position: Executive Assistant to Founder
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Founder. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the Founder's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain Founder's schedule, including coordinating meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle communications on behalf of the Founder
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in hospitality or receptionist roles can be considered too.
- Freshers with a strong interest in executive support are welcome to apply.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)
