Position: HRBP Intern

Internship Duration- 12 Months

Location: New Udaan Bhawan, Opposite IGI Airport Terminal 3

Mode: In-office (5 days a week)

Commute: Shuttle facility provided from T1 and T3 metro stations

About the Role: We are seeking a sincere and proactive HRBP Intern who will work closely with our HR Business Partnering team to support and streamline HR operations. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to employee management, HR analytics, and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist the HRBP team in day-to-day HR operations


• Prepare, maintain, and analyze employee data and reports


• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects


• Coordinate with employees and stakeholders to ensure smooth HR functioning


• Provide support in policy implementation and HR process improvements

Eligibility:
• Passed-out Graduates or Postgraduates (Immediate joiners preferred)


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Detail-oriented, sincere, and proactive personality


• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/HR tools will be an advantage

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-office)
