Responsibilities


• Manage day-to-day operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and others.


• Own P&L for marketplace accounts, driving revenue and profitability.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform stakeholders.


• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and advertising to maximize visibility and sales.


• Monitor stock levels, order fulfillment, pricing, and discounts in coordination with internal teams.


• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insights for growth.


• Identify new marketplace opportunities and drive product launches.


• Keep a close eye on competition, category trends, and consumer behavior.

Requirements


• 2–5 years of experience in marketplace account management (beauty, FMCG, or D2C preferred).


• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; proficiency in Excel and marketplace dashboards.


• Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams.


• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


• Prior experience in beauty/personal care categories is a plus.
