Position Overview:
As a B2B Partnership Intern, you will assist in identifying and developing business opportunities, managing relationships with partners, and supporting strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal teams to help drive the company's partnership goals while learning from industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning Support:
- Assist in the development of strategic plans for client acquisition, retention, and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to contribute to partnership strategies.
- Business Development:
- Help identify potential partners and business opportunities that align with the company’s growth strategy.
- Engage with potential partners and support the initiation of collaboration discussions.
- Relationship Management:
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring continued satisfaction.
- Support internal coordination for smooth execution and delivery of partnership initiatives.
- Collaboration and Strategy Execution:
- Work with teams (sales, marketing, legal) to ensure alignment with partnership goals.
- Track the progress of partnership initiatives and provide support for adjustments as needed.
- Market Research and Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct research to understand market trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Provide insights into industry developments and competitor strategies to inform partnership approaches.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of partnerships using KPIs.
- Help prepare reports on partnership results, suggesting opportunities for optimization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Good collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
