Key Responsibilities:
Technical Competence:
· Demonstrate technical expertise in brand management and product management.
· Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Soft Skills:
· Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, active listening, conflict management, and a collaborative team player.
Strategic Product Development:
· Develop comprehensive marketing and promotional plans for skincare & haircare products to meet the needs of end consumers.
· Implement marketing strategies through effective communication with the sales force.
Market Intelligence and Research:
· Conduct primary research and connect with customers to gather market intelligence.
· Collaborate with internal and external media to execute strategies effectively.
Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, learning and development, and R&D, to ensure cohesive product development and marketing strategies.
Sales Team Support:
· Provide training, product knowledge, and guidance to the field sales team, ensuring they are equipped with scientific and communication skills.
· Conduct a SWOT analysis of the product line and guide the sales team to capitalize on opportunities for product growth.
Brand Planning and Execution:
· Develop brand plans and strategies to the products assigned within the IZONIS product range, incorporating market penetration strategies, market research, and competitor analysis.
· Create promotional materials such as visual aids, literature, newsletters, digital campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
Professional Engagement:
· Organize and participate in meetings, scientific symposia, CMEs, conferences, and events to enhance brand visibility among healthcare professionals and hospitals.
· Motivate sales team members through the organization of training camps, award ceremonies, and recognition programs.
Product Lifecycle Management:
· Conduct product forecasting and develop strategies for the new product pipeline. Formulate pre-launch and post-launch strategies for new products and initiatives to drive overall product growth.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in Brand Management & Marketing, strategic thinking, and effective team collaboration. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, active listening, conflict management, and the ability to work as a team player.
