Product Support and Development
Assist in Product Strategy : Support the development of product strategies and roadmaps for PMS, AIF, and RIA platforms by providing research and data analysis.
Market Analysis : Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support product refinement and innovation.
Product Documentation : Help in creating and maintaining product documentation, including specifications, requirements, and user guides.
Reporting and Communication
Report Preparation : Help prepare regular reports on product performance, client feedback, and market trends for senior management.
Communication : Assist in communicating product updates and strategies to internal teams and clients.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
Client Interaction : Support interactions with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs, helping to ensure product alignment with client expectations.
Client Support : Provide support to the product team in addressing client queries and issues related to PMS, AIF, and RIA platforms.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Team Collaboration : Work with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to support product development and enhancements.
Coordination : Assist in coordinating with the legal and compliance departments to address product-related issues.
Market Research and Analysis
Competitive Analysis : Conduct research on competitors’ product offerings and market positioning to identify opportunities and threats.
Performance Tracking : Assist in tracking product performance metrics and preparing reports on product performance.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Feedback Collection : Support the collection of feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for product improvement.
Process Improvement : Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Financial Acumen : Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and perform research to support product management activities.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Regulatory Awareness : Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements for PMS, AIF, and RIA products.
