International Marketing Manager – Pharmaceuticals (Dermatology Division), IZONIS
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic International Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for the Dermatology division across multiple international markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, especially in dermatology, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in diverse global markets
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing strategies and plans for the Dermatology division to achieve business goals and market share growth.
  • Analyze global market trends, competitive landscape, customer insights, and regional dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges for the dermatology product portfolio.
  • Define the positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies for dermatology products tailored to diverse international markets.

Product Launch and Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead the planning and execution of new product launches in international markets, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy and local market needs
  • .Oversee the lifecycle management of existing products, including identifying growth opportunities, optimizing the product portfolio, and developing line extensions
  • .Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to ensure timely product registrations and compliance with international regulations

Marketing Campaigns and Promotional Activities:

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, print, and events, to drive brand awareness and demand generatio

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with regional sales teams, distributors, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies and alignment with commercial objective
