JobResponsibilities:

Lending Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensivestrategy for establishing and expanding lending partnerships inalignment with businessobjectives.

Account Management Excellence: Oversee the endtoend management oflending partnerships ensuring a high level of client satisfactionand identifying avenues for upselling andcrossselling.

New Business Development: Identify evaluate and pursue new businessopportunities within the midmarket SMEs and startup segments toexpand the lending partnershipportfolio.

Market Positioning: Conduct thorough market analysis to identifytrends opportunities and potential risks providing insights toinform strategicdecisionmaking.

Collaboration with Crossfunctional Teams: Work closely with producttechnology and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration anddelivery of lendingsolutions.

Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor keyperformance indicators regularly reporting on the success andchallenges of lending partnerships with actionable insights forcontinuousimprovement.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatoryrequirements and compliance standards within the Fintech andlendingspace.

Extensive Traveling: The role requires extensive traveling tocultivate and maintain partnerships effectively. Engage withlending institutions clients and stakeholders ontheground tostrengthen relationships and drive partnershipsuccess.

JobRequirements:

Education:MBA from a toptierinstitution

Experience:24 years of corporate relationship or enterprise sales experiencespecifically in the Bankingsector.

Location:BangaloreMumbai

MustHave:

At least 2 Years of relevant experience in EnterpriseSales/Corporate Lending/ Mid Market relationship management inleadingBanks/NBFCs

Proven track record of end to end program management of newalliance andpartnership

Skills&Qualifications:

Educational Background: MBA from a toptierinstitution.

24 years of relevant experience inBanking

Industry Network: Proven network within the BFSI industry includinglending institutions startups and key players in the ecosystem inBanking and BFSIdomain.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communicationskills.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contributeto the development of overall business strategies amidstambiguity.

Negotiation Mastery: Strong negotiation skills particularly in thecontext of complex Fintechpartnerships.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends identifyopportunities and make datadrivendecisions.
