This role requires strong expertise in Selenium, Java, SQL, and web technologies, along with the ability to deliver engaging, real-world training sessions. You will play a crucial role in preparing aspiring QA professionals for successful careers in the software testing industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and hands-on training sessions on Manual Testing and Automation Testing.Conduct workshops and project-based learning modules using Selenium with Java.Design, develop, and update training content to keep it aligned with industry trends .Share practical insights on testing frameworks, best practices, and real-world scenarios .Evaluate learner performance through assignments, projects, and assessments .Mentor and support students in solving testing-related challenges.Collaborate with curriculum and product teams to improve training effectiveness .Technical Expertise RequiredStrong knowledge of Manual Testing – Test planning, Test case design, Defect management.Expertise in Automation Testing – Selenium with Java.Proficiency in Java and SQL .Familiarity with Web Technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and automation frameworks .Ability to simplify and communicate complex testing concepts effectively.Skills & AttributesExcellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Passion for teaching and building careers in QA/Testing .Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is preferred but not mandatory.What We OfferA collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Opportunity to shape the careers of aspiring QA professionals.Continuous professional development and knowledge-sharing culture.
