Job Title: International Business Manager/ Sr Manager B2B (South East Asia)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years in B2B Business (Pharmaceutical Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage international B2B business operations, with a primary focus on South East Asia markets.
- Handle and develop strong relationships with international distributors, ensuring achievement of business targets.
- Take direct responsibility for driving sales, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Manage a diverse product portfolio including:
Anti-Retrovirals (ARVs)
- Oncology
- Cardiovascular (CVD)
Central Nervous System (CNS) Products
Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand distributor networks.
- Develop and execute effective business strategies and commercial plans for the region.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements in international markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to support business operations.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong background in international B2B sales and distribution management.
- Proven experience handling South East Asia markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong command of English.
- Strategic thinker with ability to take initiatives and drive results.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage multicultural stakeholders.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
