Are you an experienced Sales professional with exceptional leadership skills? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to spearhead our sales associates in an exciting onsite opportunity


About the Role:


As a Sales Team Lead, you'll be at the forefront of driving our sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include setting targets, training new team members, devising sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with sales managers to develop effective telesales strategies.
  • Train and guide junior team members to success.
  • Develop sales scripts and tools for optimized performance.
  • Implement strategies to boost revenue growth.
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team and address customer complaints.
  • Set and monitor weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships.
  • Compile and present sales reports.
  • Ensure efficient management of targets, taking proactive measures for success.


Requirements and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with 3 years in team leadership.
  • Strong leadership and sales abilities.
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in report writing and presentation.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities.


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Candidates willing to Relocate for this exciting onsite opportunities.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/diploma or relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in telesales/tele calling industry.
  • Shifts: Day shifts with rotational week offs.
  • Work Location- Onsite Project (Includes Accommodation, Food, Visa and Travelling expenditure)
  • Salary CTC- As per market standards.
  • Immediate joining preferred.
  • Passport and double vaccination required.
