- Analyze Clients

-Reference Generation

- Build relationship with key customers

- Ensure delivery team is effectively able service the clients

- Over come challenges faced by Delivery team

- Cross Selling to existing clients.

- identifying scope to increase revenue from existing clients by cross selling or up-selling


Team Management

- Monthly and Quarterly Reports

- Hire and Train New team members

- Set Individual and team targets and monitor the same

- Identifying gaps in team performance and up-skilling the same

- New initiatives which shall pump up the team

- Looking for continuous new process improvements

- Ensuring monthly 1500 unique leads are added in Corefactors


Revenue Management

- Getting leadership roles above 50 Lacs and 1 cr from clients

- Revenue Generation

- Working with marketing team for effective email and whats-app campaigns

- Ensuring all positions received are with an avg ticket size of 1 Lacs+


Goal

- Being a part of core leadership team which is committed to take leap to next level

- Ensuring Marketing activity is aligned with Leads to be generated Per Year/ Month

- Increase customer retention

- Increase conversion rates from all channels

- Increase productivity
